Court Administration

The Court Administrator, under the direction of the Judges, is responsible for overseeing the non-judicial functions of the Court, including the Administrative Office and the Jury Commission. The Court Administrator’s office implements administrative policies of the Court, provides budget management, strategic planning, purchasing and human resource management.

Counsel Seeking Criminal Case Appointment

The Common Pleas Court has adopted an application form for counsel seeking to receive appointments to represent indigent criminal defendants. Completed forms should be returned to the Court Administrator. Counsel are urged to review the regulations contained in OAC Chapter 120-1.
